Most visitors praise the facilities and therapist expertise, with the salt bath, floatation pool, and rasul therapy standing out. Several staff members, including Cleo and Sibusiso, are named for going extra. However, quality varies: some massages lack proper technique, upselling during treatments disrupts relaxation, and add-on pricing has been presented unclearly. Solo guests report feeling overlooked compared to couples, and complaints aren't resolved promptly or empathetically.
