Complaints centre on inconsistent front-desk coordination, gel product durability after a few hours, and gaps in facility upkeep.
Most clients find the cupping treatments deeply effective for tension and chronic pain. Staff like Anisa, Huzaifa, and Ustad Haashim are praised for their gentleness and professionalism throughout the session. However, access to the premises and late cancellations have frustrated some clients who travelled long distances.
