Recent visitors describe a relaxing spa with friendly staff and a clean, calm setting. Guests mention massages, manicures, pedicures and waxing, plus the pool area. Some guests say prices are good value. Across 834 Google reviews, the spa averages 4.3 stars.
Most visitors praise the clean, tranquil atmosphere and specific staff like Collette, Carinda, and Zelda for attentive massages and facials that leave them relaxed. The venue's food, views, and welcoming service draw repeat bookings, though some note the online system mishandles availability and earlier visits recorded booking cancellations and treatment inconsistencies.
Guests usually leave feeling relaxed, pampered, and well cared for, often describing the visit as a break from everyday busyness. Many describe a warm welcome, a calm atmosphere, and privacy that suits couples and friends. Several say they will return soon, and one group plans quarterly visits together. Guests name therapists Bonolo, Sibongile, Lesego, and Felicity for skilled massage and scalp work. Facials, foot scrubs, and deep tissue massage also earn praise. The indoor waterfall, outdoor pool, and jacuzzi add to the setting, and beds are warmed in cooler weather.
Many guests praise the warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, and good-value breakfast. However, recent reviews report serious security issues including theft, alongside complaints about unannounced renovations, poor facility maintenance, and a dismissive response when concerns were raised.
