What do customers say?

Most guests praise the spa treatments, welcoming staff, and tranquil setting, describing visits as deeply relaxing and the space as impeccably designed. Rooms are luxurious with fine furnishings. However, recent booking and meal service failures-including missed confirmations, hour-long delays, and incomplete dishes-have overshadowed otherwise exceptional hospitality.

The disconnect between front-of-house warmth and back-office planning creates frustration, particularly for milestone celebrations. Staff communicate sympathetically when problems arise but cannot prevent the underlying logistical lapses. When operations run smoothly, guests leave refreshed and eager to return.

Venus Wellness Spa & Aesthetics

4.9(43)✓ Google-verified

Venus Wellness Spa leaves guests feeling genuinely cared for, not just pampered. Staff remember details, celebrate milestones with cupcakes and custom signs, and tailor experiences from children's parties to anniversary dinners. Therapists like Rumbi, Beatrice, and Anita bring calm professionalism to facials, massages, and fat-freezing treatments. The owner Vaneshri is present, explains procedures, and accommodates late bookings when clients need them. Guests praise the peaceful garden, fresh coffee shop platters, and results that justify the price. The venue combines thoughtful decor with practical wellness: quiet rooms for massage, manicure stations, body contouring equipment, and yoga classes under one roof. A few noted ongoing construction and lingering incense, but these are minor notes in overwhelmingly warm feedback.

Most residents report lasting recovery and describe staff who challenge them constructively while providing genuine care through medical detox, group therapy, and one-on-one counselling. The facility structures 21+ day programs combining clinical oversight, psychiatric support, and practical life skills, with family involvement and aftercare that extends beyond discharge. A small minority describe poor management responses to grievances and claim billing practices that exceeded medical aid coverage. The gap between these accounts suggests experience varies markedly by staff member and time of admission.
